1. How can I login?

Open the H2 App from your device and enter the registered email/username and Password to login to the app successfully.

2. How can I register?

Open the H2 App from your device and click Register account and fill all the details to register.

Upon successful registration, enter the username and password to login to the New Mobile app.

3. How to find a Ride?

Set your current location and destination and click search to select the available route(s).

Select the bus for the chosen route and find the live Schedule for the Ride.

4. How to find the schedules ?

Click on the Schedule tab to find the dynamic schedules for each routes.

Click on the start time to find the estimated time arrived of busses at each stop of the stop located around the desired area.

5. How to Rate/Feedback ?

Find the Feedback section from the Side menu to rate the overall experience and submit the Feedback.

6. Will my data be used for other purposes?

The H2 app does not save data such as personal GPS location, and browse history

7. Experiencing problems with H2 App? Try these steps first to resolve your issues.

Make sure you are running the Latest App version.

Check if the Android OS version is higher than version 6.

Delete the app and reinstall the app

Fully restart your Device.

8. What if I lost my password/cant login

You can easily reset your password by clicking to forget password and entering the email that has been used for the registration.

9. Why I can’t load the information inside the app?

Check your internet connection. Stable Internet connection is a must to retrieve real-time Bus and schedule data.

10. Why I can’t load the information with internet connection?

Please check the device storage limit has exceeded. If not, go to app info and clear the data and re-login to the app or delete the app and reinstall the app.

11. Why the app show “No Bus” Prompt message.

If there are no active schedules the app will show this message. Try again searching for a ride in few hours or the next day morning to 5.30pm.
